The hotel was fantastic overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with ski instructors and restaurant recommendations. The location was very convenient, being just a short walk from the cable car and the town's restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable, with efficient and thorough cleaning staff. Finally, the spa and swimming pool were a lovely way to relax after a busy day on the slopes.

The staff were helpful and welcoming but the design details in exposed stone and aged wood were outstanding. The pool and spa area were first class. The hotel was less than 5 minutes walk from the ski lift and close to restaurants and shops.

Everything wonderful, faultless experience. Charming, helpful staff. Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed chalet. Ideal location, close to cable car. Excellent room service. Attentive to family needs. Fantastic food. Fun indoor pool. Would highly recommend.

The hotel's design was so nice, new and clean, room was so big, cozy and full with amenities, my kids really love the swimming pool and I love the hotel design so much, I really hope I can own a hotel like this ( I am a hoteler ) Helping staff and boss, thank you for the stay, chocalate and suggestion for the dinner.
Breakfast was a bit too simple maybe due to low occupancy. But I still feel very happy sitting at such the nice anviromance to have my breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the cable car and ski lifts. This made it incredibly convenient for me to hit the slopes and make the most of my ski day. The hotel also provided a ski pass vendor, which saved me a lot of time and hassle.
I highly recommend this amazing hotel to all my friends. It was truly an exceptional experience.

the location was very convenient for skiing and snowboarding activities. the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service was good, and the breakfast selection was delicious with a variety of options. the hotel had a swimming pool and spa, which was a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The hotel lacked adequate soundproofing, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway, which disturbed our sleep.

The view from the balcony was great and the bed was comfortable. The location was also convenient since it was near the train station and a shopping mall.
The room was small and outdated with old furniture. The bathroom had a strange smell and the showerhead was not working properly.

The room was spacious and cozy with two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. the location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the cable car and a 10-minute walk to town. the indoor pool and spa were a great way to unwind after a long day of skiing.
Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff to the lovely amenities and enchanting views.
